Air Fryer Crispy Baby Potatoes

This is beyond simple and makes a satisfying side for loads of your everyday favourites. Perfect to hand around a table when having family over for dinner, the bowl will be empty. Trust me!

Yes, not a hint of gluten to be seen. Potatoes are a fabulous naturally gluten free option for those on special diets.

Tip!

If you’d like to make more then you need, these make the perfect potato salad the following day. Simple stir in some mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of baby potatoes (mine was 750g)
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • A handful of parsley, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the potatoes
  2. Add your oil to the air fryer
  3. Heat to 200c or 390f
  4. Cook for 10 minutes
  5. Open the air fryer and carefully shake the potatoes
  6. Let cook for a further 15 minutes or until the potatoes are soft inside when poked with a fork
  7. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle the chopped parsley on top
